The Grinnell Housing Authority is the designated office for housing assistance in the Grinnell community via Housing Choice (formerly Section 8) Vouchers.
If you live in or intend to live in Grinnell, Iowa and are in need of aid to secure housing, please stop by the office during Executive Director Kate Slater’s office hours of Monday-Thursday, 8:30AM-3:30PM to begin an application for a Housing Choice Voucher.
The Grinnell Housing Authority’s office is located inside of the Grinnell City Hall, formerly Spaulding Center of Transportation. Enter the first floor and take the stairs or elevator beside the office space down to the basement and follow the signs from there.
